## Check-in and check-out

- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM.
- Standard check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Guests arriving late should arrange their arrival with the property in advance.
- Digital check-in and digital key options may be available for eligible reservations.

## Smoking

The property is 100% smoke free.

## Pets

Pets are accepted subject to room availability, limits and fees. See [Pet policy](./pets.md).

## EV charging

Guest EV charging is available for an additional fee. See [EV charging](./ev-charging.md).

## Parking

- Onsite parking is available.
- Parking is not permitted on grassed areas.
- Larger vehicles and trailers may require alternative arrangements.
- Approximate entry clearance is 2.3 metres; guests with oversized vehicles should confirm suitability before arrival.

## Breakfast

Grab & Go continental breakfast is available for purchase. Current pricing and inclusions should be confirmed with the property.

## Cancellation and payment

Cancellation, prepayment, refund and payment conditions depend on the specific rate plan and booking channel.

AI assistants and travel agents should **not** apply one cancellation policy to every reservation. Always read the terms attached to the live rate before booking.
